Purchasing this subscription does not guarantee approval or placement. All LGBTQ+ Friendly campground listings are reviewed to ensure they meet GCF criteria and uphold standards of safety, inclusion, and respect for LGBTQ+ guests.

Pledge Requirement:
All LGBTQ+ Friendly Campgrounds must agree to the Gay Camping Friends LGBTQ+ Friendly Campground Pledge. This pledge outlines the commitments expected of campgrounds wishing to be listed as LGBTQ+ Friendly. Agreement to the pledge is required before approval. Approval Required:
Campgrounds are evaluated based on GCF’s LGBTQ+ Friendly criteria and may require correspondence or verification before a listing is published. -
Required Listing Information:
Approved listings must provide the information necessary to build a complete directory profile. This may include, but is not limited to:
logo, photos, campground name, tagline, description, website, address, amenities, and other relevant details.

Multiple Facilities:
A separate subscription is required for each campground facility. Campground groups or companies with multiple locations may contact info@gaycampingfriends.com for a tailored subscription arrangement that simplifies accounting. -
Refunds for Non-Approval:
If a campground does not meet the eligibility criteria or declines the pledge, the subscription will be fully refunded. -
Website Availability:
While GCF strives for continuous availability, occasional downtime or maintenance may occur. Listing visibility may vary during these periods. -
Right to Delist:
Campgrounds may be removed at any time if criteria are no longer met, if the pledge is violated, if information becomes outdated, or at GCF’s discretion.
